3 Bedroom House in Ngongotaha

Fantastic location near both lake and activity spots
All the comforts of home including coffee machine and open plan living space.
Location is 100m from the lakefront with boat ramp access further down, 5min drive to popular Agrodome/Skyline/OGO activities, and 15min drive into Rotorua Central.

There are three bedrooms, two off the main living area and the third at the rear of the house off the rumpus room. Bedroom 1 is fitted with one queen size bed, bedroom 2 is fitted with 1 double bed and bedroom 3 at the back of the house is fitted with a queen bed. For larger groups the Rumpus room is also fitted with one foldout double bed and an additional single bed. There is also a single mattress under the back bedroom bed.

Sky TV is provided, along with free unlimited Wi-Fi. Plenty of off-street car-parking with a large grass area at the rear perfect for outdoor kids games.
